The Richmond Community College Bridge to Professional Advancement in Nursing Partnership with Gardner-Webb University provides a seamless ADN-to-MSN pathway for RichmondCC nursing students. Students who are accepted into RichmondCC's ADN program are dually accepted into the Davis RN-to-BSN program in the Hunt School of Nursing at GWU with a seamless pathway to the Master of Science in Nursing (Education/Administration).
Degree Completion Program
GWU offers several pathway agreements for RichmondCC students. The purpose of these agreements is to articulate the requirements and procedures to facilitate graduates from RichmondCC's Associate of Applied Science programs in pursuing the corresponding degree of Bachelor of Science with GWU's Degree Completion Program. Students accepted must comply with all applicable academic regulations as listed in the GWU Degree Completion Program. Pathway agreements: AA to BS Elementary Education; AAS Accounting to BS Accounting; AAS Business Administration to BS Business Administration; AAS Business Administration to BS Entrepreneurship; AAS Criminal Justice to BS Criminal Justice; AAS Healthcare Mgt Technology to BS Healthcare Mgt.; AAS Human Services to BS Human Services; AAS HS Substance Abuse to BS Human Services; AAS HS Social Services to BS Human Services; AAS IT Cyber Security to BS Computer Science-Cyber Security; and ADN to BSN.
Bulldog Bound
Bulldog Bound is a co-admission agreement between Richmond Community College and Gardner-Webb University that offers direct-entry pathways for students upon graduation. This partnership ensures a smooth transition for students completing an AA, AS, or AAS degree, allowing them to continue their education either through Gardner-Webb’s traditional residential undergraduate program in Boiling Springs or the fully online Degree Completion Program.
