Your college transcript will include curriculum and continuing education courses.
Official Transcript – Electronic Request Form
Official transcripts are processed electronically through the National Student Clearinghouse. Electronic transcripts are processed the same day unless research is required.
Processing options for electronic requests for official transcripts:
- Electronic PDF – Processed and sent the same day if research is not required.
- Mail – Processed and mailed within one (1) business day
- Pick Up – Processed and ready for pick up within one (1) business day
The fee for official transcripts requested using the National Student Clearinghouse site is $7.

Official Transcript – Paper Request Form
To request an official transcript using our paper request form, please print the below form or come to either campus in Hamlet or Laurinburg. Official transcripts requested using this form with one business day processing cost $2. Official transcripts with same day (on demand) processing cost $10. Payment accepted for mailed-in requests include check or money order. Payment accepted in person includes check, money order, cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and tap-to-pay. These transcripts can be mailed or held for pick up. Richmond Community College does not fax or email transcripts.
Unofficial Transcript
To request an unofficial transcript, please print the below form or come to campus. These transcript requests require one business day to be processed and can be mailed or held for pick up. Richmond Community College does not fax or email transcripts. There is no charge for an unofficial transcript.
Adult Education Transcript
If you completed the Adult High School (ASE) program, please complete the AHS Transcript Request form linked below. If you earned your GED® or Hi-SET®, you must contact DiplomaSender.com to request a transcript or copy of your high school equivalency diploma.
