The Gala
The Gala is the Foundation's spring fundraiser where your gift directly supports students working to create a better life for themselves. The semi-formal event includes a night of good food, live entertainment and dancing, as well as an opportunity to recognize and honor the Foundation's Distinguished Citizen of the Year. The 2026 Distinguished Citizen of the Year is CEO and President of Scotland Health Care System David Pope.
Date: Saturday, Feb. 21, 2026, from 6:30 to 10 p.m. at the Cole Auditorium
