Freight Dispatching

Class instructor Shanieka DavisOwning a freight dispatching company offers high income potential with low start-up and overhead costs in the exciting, fast-paced trucking logistics industry. Learn what you need to know to launch your own freight dispatching business in this three-day class, including learning how to communicate with shippers and brokers, booking and navigating loads, and negotiating freight rates. You will also learn about the different types of equipment, as well as safety and compliance. This course will combine theory with hands-on practice, giving students the knowledge and confidence to start a successful at-home career in freight dispatching.
