Here are a few things to keep in mind to keep you safe, make the events enjoyable for everyone and help us to continue similar events.

• We have an FM transmitter for the concert sound. Tune your radio to the FM station on your "ticket" that you receive when you enter the gates.
  • If you use your car radio, put your car on auxiliary or accessories mode so as not to drain your battery.
  • Feel free to use your car horns and your lights as your applause during the event. The performers love the feedback!
  • If you need to exit your car, you must wear a face covering unless you are seated. If you leave your car, maintain 6-foot space between you and anyone not in your party.
• Sound will also be broadcast by speakers set up at the stage.
• Your entry fee entitles your car to one parking space. Cole staff/ushers may ask you to reposition your car in order to accommodate as many vehicles as possible or to provide you with a great view.
• Please wear your mask if you need to visit the restrooms located near the rear of the Cole.
• Food trucks will be available.
  • Food vendor sales also support the concert series. The facility and the vendors appreciate your support.
  • Please visit the vendors and then return promptly to your vehicle with your purchase. Remember your mask if you visit the food vendors.
• Make sure to place any trash outside of your vehicle in the supplied trash cans in the parking lot. No littering.
• Please have consideration for the patrons parked around you. Do not use loud voices, radios, or any type of sound loud enough to disturb other patrons.
• Laser pointers, fireworks, or any other device that is disruptive to the event is not allowed and will be grounds for removal without a refund.
• Smoking/vaping/use of tobacco products is only allowed inside of your private vehicle.
• No alcohol is allowed on the premises.
• Pets (except appropriately marked service animals) are not allowed on premises during the event.
• Re-entry is not permitted.
• Cole staff and RichmondCC Ambassadors wearing a yellow vest are available if you need assistance or if you have a question.
