Scotland County Campus | Covington Street Building, room 26

This workshop explores how communication styles, personality differences, and personal values influence relationships and social connections. Students will examine concepts such as introversion and extroversion, interaction preferences, and self-awareness as tools for building authentic connections. The session addresses loneliness and isolation by helping students identify spaces on campus and in the community where meaningful connections are more likely to form. Emphasis is placed on understanding oneself first, then learning strategies for communicating effectively and finding like-minded peers in healthy, supportive environments.
