Online Executive Management
This course series provides law enforcement officers with the necessary skills to transition from patrolmen to supervisory positions. The online format also allows officers to receive training while not missing time off from the job.

Radar Basic Training

School Rampage Shooter Training
What causes a "normal"" teen to become a mass murderer? Can they be predicted and prevented? This course examines the various theories of the cause of school shooters, warning signs, assessment and interventions. Instructor Captain Michael Prodan has been a Criminal Investigative Profiler for the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division's (SLED) Behavioral Science Unit since 1998. Prior, he was with the Covina California Police Department, and the California Department of Justic's Bureau of Investigation. For eight years, he was the Special Agent Supervisor of California DOJ's Violent Crime Profiling Unit. In 1990, he became one of only 34 graduates worldwide of the FBI's Police Fellowship in Criminal Investigation Profiling and Crime Scene Analysis at the National Center for the Analysis of Violent Crime in Quantico, Va. He is currently the president of the Internationl Criminal Investigative Analysts Fellowship.

Law Enforcement In-service Training
The In-service N.C. law enforcement officer training requirements, as outlined in the NC Administrative Code, requires that every police officer certified by the N.C. Criminal Justice and Training Standards Commission and deputy sheriff certified by N.C. Sheriff Education and Training Standards Commission complete at a minimum, 24-credits of in-service training annually. The topics for this requirement are outlined in the code and include but are not limited to the classes listed below for 2023. RichmondCC works with all agencies to meet these training requirements in traditional face-to-face classes or online classes.
