Mental Health First Aid

Learn how to identify and understand signs of mental health and substance abuse through our Mental Health First Aid course.

Class Dates​

This class is blended – you will complete a 2-hour, self-paced online course, and participate in two 3-hour instructor-led training meetings. The self-paced online course will begin April 8 and must be completed prior to the first instructor-led training meeting on April 18.

  • April 18 | 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. 
  • April 25 | 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

  • Identifying symptoms and signs of mental health challenges
  • Identifying symptoms and signs of substance abuse
  • How to intereact with a person in crisis
  • How to connect a person with help
  • Content on trauma, substance abuse, and self-care

Tuition fee: $70
