Early College High Schools: A Head Start on Success

At Richmond Community College, it's our goal to set up students for success, starting as young as high school freshmen. The Early College high school programs assists student throughout high school and introduces them to a two- or four-year college experience at early age. Early College even offers high school students the chance to earn an associate degree along with their North Carolina high school diploma. As part of our Career and College Promise programs, Early College gives students a leg up even before they graduate from high school by putting them a step ahead in the competitive search for employment or college admission.

This program is available to students in Richmond County with the Richmond Early College High School (REaCH) and Scotland County with the Scotland Early College High School (SEarCH). Along with the early college high schools, the Career & College Promise offers dual enrollment classes for students in public and private high schools and home-schooled students. For more information about these programs, contact the staff at RichmondCC today.

Richmond Community College is proud to offer the early college high schools along with other opportunities available through Career and College Promise.
