Ticket Refund Policy

All ticket sales, including season ticket sales, are final.

Refunds are issued ONLY if the performance is cancelled by the venue and cannot be rescheduled.  In the event that a performance is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled and a refund is offered, tickets holders are required to return their ticket(s) to the box office with 30 days of the official notification in order to receive a refund. All refunds will be in the form of a college check delivered by US Mail.
A refund will not be honored if the original tickets have been misplaced.
