Last October, the Eugene T. Hudson Jr. & Ronald M. Hudson Family Endowment was established by the Hudson family. The endowment fund bears Tom’s name and his brother’s name, Ron, who passed away in 2021, but it honors a family’s legacy of hard-working, community orientated people.

Country music artist Phil Vassar will make a stop at the Cole Auditorium as he embarks on his “25 Years of Paradise” Tour, which celebrates the 25th anniversary of his breakout hit, “Just Another Day in Paradise.” He will kick off the five-show 2025-2026 Performing Arts Series at the Cole with his concert Tuesday, Oct. 28, at 7:30 p.m.

Family Promise is an organization dedicated to preventing and ending homelessness for families with children. It was only five years ago that Hildreth herself was looking for a safe place to go to escape an abusive relationship.
RichmondCC Announces Honor Lists for 2025 Summer Semester

Richmond Community College has announced its honor lists for the 2025 Summer Semester. The President’s List identifies students who earn an “A” in all courses and have a 4.0 grade point average while carrying 12 or more semester credit hours excluding developmental courses. The Dean’s List identifies students who attain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 with no grade lower than a “B” while carrying 12 or more semester credit hours excluding developmental courses.
