The Middle School Science Residency Licensure Program is designed for individuals who hold a bachelor’s degree and are employed, or have received a written offer of employment, in a North Carolina public school setting teaching science at the middle school level.

Semester Schedule
The Residency Certificate and its associated courses (EDU 230, EDU 238, EDU 239, EDU 270, EDU 272, and EDU 283) are available only to individuals who have already earned a bachelor’s degree and are currently employed as the official teacher of record, or have received a written offer of employment, in a North Carolina public school.
First Year - Fall Semester
