Income Maintenance Caseworker (HSE-HSP)

Overview

These courses provide skills training for a career in human services, with an emphasis on employment with the N.C. Department of Social Services (DSS). Income Maintenance CaseworkerStudents will learn how to use NCFAST, a software program used throughout the departments of Health and Human Services and departments of Social Services. RichmondCC will award 4 college credit hours in the Social & Human Services Technology program to students who successfully complete NCFAST Phase 1 & 2.
