Automotive Technology (AUT-3137)

Overview

The Automotive Technology course will prepare you for a career as an automotive technician. It is a three-semester certificate program that provides comprehensive training that aligns with the Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) standards A1-A8. The curriculum emphasizes diagnostic procedures, electrical and electronic systems, and modern vehicle technology. Throughout the program, a strong focus is placed on advanced troubleshooting, scan-tool usage, computer-based diagnostics, and interpreting system data to identify and correct automotive faults efficiently. Upon successful completion, graduates will demonstrate proficiency across all major ASE areas and possess the technical and analytical skills required in today's automotive service industry.
