The Library is located in the J. Richard Conder building on the main campus. Our hours this week are as follows:
Visitors should prepare to leave the premise 15 minutes before closing. Do not start any assignments you may be unable to finish before closing. Any items you want to borrow should be checked-out at this time.

The databases provide access to online resources, such as articles, streaming videos, eBooks, and more! Your email username and password allows you to access restricted content off-campus.

The Library creates various services to help you with your research and studies. Distance learning students may have access to limited services.
Need research help? Book-A-Librarian allows you to get one-on-one help from a librarian in the following areas:
- Picking a research topic
- Choosing a database(s) to find information
- Finding relevant research on your topic
- Citing resources used for your assignment
- General research strategies
Appointment sessions range from 30 to 45 minutes. Requests must be submitted 24 hours in advance. To schedule an appointment, click the link below.

InterLibrary Loan (ILL)
Need something we do not own? You may request physical books or journal articles to be borrowed from other libraries. Fill out the interlibrary loan form and a library staff member will attempt to get the item for you. It may take between 2 to 3 weeks for items to be available for your use.
InterLibrary Loan Form
Groups of two or more may reserve a study room in the library. A current college ID is required. Rooms may be reserved once a day for up to 4 hours per day. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes after your reservation time, your reservations will be forfeit. Room occupants must abide by the following:
- Academic activities only.
- No food, drink, or excessive noise allowed.
- Lights must remain on when the room is in use.
- Room windows cannot be blocked or covered.
- Users of the room are responsible for cleanup before leaving.
- All users must adhere to the Richmond Community College general policies and procedures.
- We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the room for any reason.
